Set in the environment of the animal kingdom this fascinating and unique one-day course includes: 

• The ability to gauge others and create a rapport with those we work with as well as with strangers, by being able to confidently "read" the situation.
• The opportunity to assess the delegates own Emotional Intelligence (EI) and provide a framework to further understand and develop these communication abilities.
