Team Development Courses
Too many training sessions deliver too much theory, are tailored to no one in particular, either irrelevant, information heavy or just plain boring and are instantly forgotten when back at the desk!
Too many event companies deliver fantastic adventures that delegates enjoy, but offer no benefit to the employer back in the office and offer no visible change in performance or results despite hefty costs!
Why choose us?
- Our emphasis is on personal development.
- We offer bespoke training days paired with an amazing personal adventure.
- We guarantee that the whole development experience will be unforgettable for the delegate and ultimately beneficial for the employer.
- Our focus is on learning and the credible unpack of the skills back at the desk. Success isn't something you experience...it is something you remember.
- We encourage people to succeed through unique experiences that they will remember, allowing time for personal development as well as developing skills which they can directly implement in the work place.
Description
Venue: Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks - The Aspinall Foundation
Set in the environment of the animal kingdom this fascinating and unique one-day course includes:
- The ability to gauge others and create a rapport with those we work with as well as with strangers, by being able to confidently "read" the situation.
- The opportunity to assess the delegates own Emotional Intelligence (EI) and provide a framework to further understand and develop these communication abilities.
- The once in a lifetime opportunity to work with highly experienced keepers and staff, already experts at reading body language and EI in the gorillas every day, at the glorious and unique environment of Port Lympne Wild Animal Park (part of The Aspinall Foundation).
A percentage of the profits from this course go towards the continued vital conservation work that The Aspinall Foundation undertakes here and in the Congo.
