Christmas Parties

Planning office Christmas parties can often be arduous and tiring, and for the Christmas party to be truly successful, all the essential ingredients need to be spot-on. Staff always looks forward to the end-of-year-party and often expect it to be better than the previous year's so it needs to be something special, with great entertainment and dancing as well as superb food and drink.

Fortunately, our Christmas party planners have the experience, ideas and the options to make this year's party a party to remember! Our Christmas parties cover a range of themes and we'll talk to you about your preferred location and budget. We can cater for any group size within the UK.

So what next?
Some companies may want an exclusive event; a private Christmas party just for their organisation, with bespoke entertainment, trimmings, menus and beverages. Our event planners can help from the initial idea formulation stage right up to the night of the party.

Others prefer to join our shared Christmas parties, of which we have a range of unique shows. From Murder Mystery Dinners to Abba Tributes, these shows are a lot of fun and guests are often found dancing into the early hours.

The number of guests
If you are a small company, you may want to consider joining one of the excellent shared Christmas parties being held throughout the UK in a wide variety of fantastic venues and locations. These party packages can provide a fantastic Christmas evening that staff will love, but still be cost effective. Treat your staff to something different from the usual meal out at a local restaurant and they will really feel appreciated.

If you are entertaining 50+ staff, shared Christmas parties are still an excellent option as many cater for large numbers, but it may be time to look at hiring a venue for your company's exclusive use.

How much do I need to spend?
This is entirely dependent on your budget. You can spend upwards of £25 per head to join a shared Christmas party where your guests will eat well and party into the small hours (drinks are usually extra). The sky is the limit on exclusive Christmas parties - talk to us about the endless possibilities for creating a memorable party that will amaze and thrill your staff.

The party atmosphere
Do you want a wild party atmosphere with the emphasis on dancing and drinking? Or something a little more low-key, perhaps a sophisticated dining experience in intimate surroundings.

Dress code
Most shared Christmas parties request smart dress (no jeans or trainers), some offer the option of fancy dress. For your exclusive Christmas party you may want to make an occasion of it and go for formal dress or colour themed dress (black and white, sparkles, red, etc.), or simply dress to impress.

Location
Think about where your guests are travelling from. Do you want a city centre location or somewhere out of town. Will you need to organise transport or even overnight accommodation? We can help you with all these arrangements; simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
